Recovery Vehicles required
The event is Round 5 of the RSEA Motorsport Australia Rally Championship and Round 4 of the Till Hino Victorian Rally Championship.
The rally organisers of the Gippsland Rally are looking to have a Recovery vehicles available on each stage in the event of an incident and therefore enable the track to be cleared and opened with minimum delay. Expressions of interest for 4WD owners who have a reliable winch fitted and some experience in using the winch and vehicle recovery.
When - The national championship action is all-daylight on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 August. The state championship action is on Saturday 27 August.
Where- The rally will enter the mountains north west of Heyfield, between Walhalla, Toombon and Glenfalloch. The RSEA Motorsport Australia Rally Championship teams will run over new stages on Sunday in a different area of Gippsland
The rally is held over two days but please advise if you are interested in being involved for recovery both days or either the Saturday or the Sunday.
